Refund Policy
Returning your order

How long do i have to return an item?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order has arrived with you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Who pays for my return postage?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Does my item still need to be in its original packaging?

Yes, your item must be in its original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No labels can be removed, the item must be unwashed and unused. Unfortunately if you have opened bedding and removed it from the packaging we cannot accept this back for hygiene reasons. Please ensure you like the product before opening it.

What is exempt from being returned?

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Anything which is made to order or a sample piece of material cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Any item which has been used, washed, had packaging or labels removed, worn, altered in any way etc. Bedding which has been clearly removed from the packaging is not returnable due to hygiene reasons. 

How do i return my item?

If your return meets the above criteria please send to the below address and include in the parcel a note with the full name your order was placed in and/or your order number.
